Exchanges and refunds can be made by contacting the box office at (503) 693-7815.
General Policies
HART Theater Box Office opens one (1) hour prior to show time. The house opens half hour before the show begins.
NOTICE: HART cannot guarantee your seats once the show starts. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the performance begins to secure your reservation. If you are running late, please call the box office at (503) 693-7815.
HART's accessibility features include easy wheelchair access and assisted hearing devices. Please inquire at the box office for help to your seat, or if you would like to take advantage of our assisted listening system.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Hillsboro Artists' Regional Theatre).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
